Individual housing includes options for students living independently or with peers.

Nano, studio and quad units are located in the gukwa'las and tl'emstan, while double units are located in ʔayɛs kʷ ǰɛǰɛnxʷɛgəs.

These compact, single-occupant units are ideal for people who enjoy living and studying alone and don’t mind sacrificing extra space to save on their budget. The desk converts to a bed and the unit includes a compact kitchen, storage and private bathroom.

Located in ʔayɛs kʷ ǰɛǰɛnxʷɛgəs, the building with family housing units, these spacious two-bedroom units are shared by two students and offer a balance of privacy and shared living. Each student has their own private bedroom, with a shared kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living space - ideal for students who want a home-like environment with a roommate.
