How to apply
Step 1
Apply to NIC
Apply for a full-time or part-time NIC program. Once you've applied to NIC and received your NIC email address, you’ll be eligible to apply for on-campus housing.
Current and continuing students can start at Step 2.
Step 2
Apply for housing
Submit your housing application via the NIC student housing portal and pay the $50 application fee (non-refundable).
Step 3
Receive a room offer
Watch your NIC student email for updates on your housing application and next steps.
Priority consideration
NIC will offer priority to students who are:
- Indigenous
- Current and former youth in care
- Enrolled in full-time studies or taking at least nine academic credits
