Wendy Harris, an instructor in NIC's Access for Students with Disabilities program. In May 2017 she was a Local Hero Award nominee. Wendy is an amazing teacher who makes a huge impact on NIC students throughout the year.

Associate of Science degree student Mary Rickinson says it best, "To me personally, I think Wendy Harris is a hero. She took me from thinking I was stupid and completely incapable to knowing I am completely capable."
