By signing below I accept full responsibility for the rental and return of the regalia. Additional charges may be applied for unreturned or damaged gowns. In addition, by signing this form I understand all ceremonies are livestreamed or recorded and agree to allow my convocation photo to be used for promotional purposes.

Please note that Registration Fees for Convocation are non-refundable.

Convocation Fee: $35.00

The convocation fee will be added to your student account and can be paid through your self-service portal or in person at any student services office. Please note: NIC does not accept Visa-Debit cards as a form of payment.
